Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Apartment Turnover Team. You will be responsible for cleaning vacant apartment units between residents so they are move-in ready for the next tenant. Each unit is cleaned start to finish against a checklist, and units must be completed on schedule so property managers can meet their leasing dates. This position is a good fit for someone who works fast without cutting corners and can manage their own time on site.

Pay Starts At:

$22-$25/hour with Performance Bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Clean vacant units top to bottom according to established standards and checklists. Clean and sanitize kitchens including inside and outside of all appliances, cabinets, drawers, and countertops. Clean and sanitize bathrooms including tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, and mirrors. Wipe down walls, doors, trim, baseboards, light fixtures, vents, and window sills. Clean interior windows, blinds, and tracks. Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors. Remove trash and debris left behind by previous residents. Identify any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and procedures. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with property staff and residents.

Requirements:

Previous experience in turnover, make-ready, or housekeeping preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Must be able to use stairs and lift up to 30lbs at times. Must be able to work on your feet for the length of the shift, including bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have reliable transportation.
