This role is focused on creating exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, property support, and attention to detail. Guest Services Porters are often the first and last team members our guests interact with, making hospitality, professionalism, and a positive attitude essential. Responsibilities Guest Services Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure Assist with luggage and personal belongings Provide information about the property, amenities, and local attractions Respond to guest requests and help create memorable experiences Property Support Maintain the appearance of guest-facing areas Stock guest amenities, hospitality stations, and supplies Assist with outdoor guest spaces, fire pits, and seasonal setups Perform property walks and report maintenance or safety concerns Equipment Storage Safely store and retrieve guest equipment, including skis, bikes, and golf clubs Qualifications Hospitality or customer service experience preferred Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Available to work weekends and holidays as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Supportive team environment If you enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
