Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor patios, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Execute specialized floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hardwoods, and polishing stone surfaces to maintain a luxurious appearance Handle laundry duties with care, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens to meet high standards of presentation Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while respecting their privacy and preferences Manage household chores such as organizing spaces, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas are consistently tidy and inviting Work well and professionally with a team of professional cleaners maintaining excellent communication, friendliness, and professionalism with team members Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping within luxury homes or upscale hospitality environments Strong janitorial or custodial background with knowledge of commercial cleaning practices preferred Familiarity with floor care techniques for various surfaces including carpet cleaning and polishing hardwood floors Experience in laundry services, including delicate handling of fabrics and stain removal Background in hotel housekeeping management or similar roles emphasizing attention to detail and guest satisfaction Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and adapt to client preferences Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols for maintaining hygienic living spaces Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms everyday spaces into luxurious retreats.
