In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services through the effective use of pressure washing equipment. Your team will help to ensure that residential new construction sites, various surfaces, and facilities are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new home owners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, learn about various pressure washing tools and techniques, and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to strict safety protocols. Duties Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean home exteriors, flat work, sidewalks, parking lots, machinery, and other surfaces. Use hand tools and specialized cleaning equipment. Apply proper manual handling techniques to lift heavy equipment or materials safely during cleaning operations. Follow safety protocols rigorously by wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and respirators as required. Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Handle heavy lifting of supplies or debris while maintaining safe manual handling practices. Maintain detailed records of completed work, safety inspections, and equipment usage logs. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the scope of work and ensuring their satisfaction. •
