Yearly $1 raise of course In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential and commercial spaces. Your energetic approach will ensure environments are hygienic and look put together. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develope cleaning expertise (a long standing manual trade that can NEVER be outsourced) If you take pride in delivering top-quality service, I want to hear from you! Cleaning supplies are provided by me. YOU must have a car. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, surface sanitation, kitchens, bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors. Follow proper procedures for cleaning and sanitation efficiency Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums Restock paper towel and toilet paper dispensers (when applicable) Take out trash and or recycling (when applicable) Use appropriate cleaning detergents and supplies (which I will provide and train you on their uses) Communicate professionally and personably with clients in person regarding specific cleaning needs or concerns to ensure satisfaction. Transport the small cleaning bag of supplies and vacuum I provide you with in your car to and from job sites. Carry the supplies you need into homes or offices for the clean. Skills Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly Physical strength for manual handling tasks involved in deep cleaning, moving small furniture like dining room chairs, or carrying supplies - vacuuming and mopping take stamina! Stamina can be built up though if you haven't worked in manual labor before :) A good attitude Ability to follow detailed instructions for cleaning procedures and safety protocols A LOVE of podcasts or music - once we get comfortable working in a flow/finish training, you're welcome to listen to audio entertainment while you work Join us!
