Luxury Vacation Rental Cleaner

Job Overview We are a luxury short term rental cleaning company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order across various short term rental properties, ensuring a spotless and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a detail oriented person that can uphold a high standard of clean consistently. Reliability is also paramount as guests could be checking in that day. Duties Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. The homes you will be cleaning are high end so each turn must be done to the highest standard! Understand and follow the cleaning checklist for each property. Carry out custodial duties, adhering to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Communicate pertinent information about properties to management. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred but not required if one is eager to learn and able to take instruction. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Communication skills are key in this industry. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
