Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Lead Power Washing Technician with a strong background in commercial and new construction cleaning. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of leading a crew while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism on active construction sites. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew on commercial and new construction job sites. Perform exterior cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing using professional equipment. Remove dirt, mud, mortar splatter, concrete residue, and other construction debris from buildings, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces. Operate pressure washing systems, surface cleaners, water recovery equipment, and chemical application systems safely and efficiently. Safely operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other aerial equipment to clean elevated surfaces. Read job scopes and ensure work is completed according to contractor specifications and company standards. Communicate professionally with project superintendents, general contractors, and customers. Complete daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance on trucks, trailers, pressure washers, and related equipment. Train and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity and quality. Follow all OSHA regulations, job site safety requirements, and company policies. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience. Previous experience leading a crew on commercial or construction job sites. Experience with new construction final cleaning is strongly preferred. Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts (certification is a plus). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to travel for overnight projects when required (per diem provided). Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
