This is not a high-volume cleaning role. We focus on maintaining homes with care, precision, and consistency. What You'll Do Lead residential cleaning appointments with a consistent, detail-driven approach Work alongside a second cleaner and guide the flow of each job Ensure every home meets Seabreeze standards before leaving Complete routine, deep, and guest-ready homekeeping services Communicate clearly and professionally with management Follow structured checklists and service systems What We're Looking For 4+ years of residential cleaning experience Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable, punctual, and consistent Comfortable working in high-end homes and respecting privacy Able to lead and work efficiently with a partner Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule & Growth You'll begin with a small number of homes and quickly grow into a consistent weekly schedule as we expand.
