Pay:
$26.00 per hour (paid bi-weekly)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Location:
On-site at Hopson Rd, Durham, NC 27713
Requirements:
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience; valid driver's license; ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

What You'll Do As a Utility Cleaning Technician, you will perform specialized, high-level janitorial duties to keep our client's facility in top shape. Perform deep cleaning tasks, floor care, surface sanitizing, and specialized facility maintenance. Serve as a core Commercial Cleaner, stepping in to support various detail-oriented custodial projects across the site. Operate specialized equipment safely and efficiently to maintain high sanitation standards. Act as an expert Custodian, ensuring trash removal, restocking supplies, and inspecting finished work to meet quality guidelines. What You Bring To The Team Reliable attendance and a strong, positive work ethic. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and move comfortably throughout the shift.
