Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting or manual handling tasks to prevent injuries and ensure safe lifting practices. Support general facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution. Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation (including floor buffers), and sanitation standards. Ability to handle chemical agents safely with proper understanding of chemical handling safety procedures. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while maintaining safe lifting practices. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards.
