Janitorial Supervisor (Fletcher, NC) ✨ Are you a natural leader who loves a pristine space and still wants your weekdays free for adventures? •️ We're looking for a Janitorial Supervisor to lead our weekend "Clean Team" in beautiful Fletcher, NC! If you have a sharp eye for detail and the energy to keep a team motivated while the rest of the world is sleeping in, we want to meet you. •

The Schedule Days:

Saturday & Sunday (Your Monday starts on Friday!)

Pay:

$25.00 an hour

Hours:

11:30 AM - 7:00

PM Location:

Fletcher, NC • Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) Lead the

Charge:

Supervise and support a small, dedicated crew to ensure our facilities are sparkling. •

Quality Control:

Do the "white glove" walk-throughs. If it's not shining, we're not finished! •️‍ ️

Supply Ninja:

Keep track of inventory so we never run out of the "good" smelling floor cleaner. •

Safety First:

Ensure all safety protocols and chemicals are handled like a pro. •️

Vibe Manager:

Keep the team's spirits high with a positive attitude and maybe a few well-timed jokes. • ✅ What You Bring to the

Table Experience:

You've spent some time in the commercial cleaning world and know your way around a buffer and a mop bucket. •

Leadership:

You know how to delegate without being a "boss-zilla." •

Reliability:

You're the person who shows up on time, every time. ⏰
