Job Description:

Neat & Luminous Associates is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented 1099 Sub-Contractor (1-2 person team or independent LLC) to cover a combined commercial account portfolio in Fort Bragg, Linden Oaks, and Fayetteville. This contract covers 6 total facilities (5 government clubhouses + 1 commercial restaurant) with predictable schedules and high-efficiency scopes.

Locations & Service Schedules:

Fort Bragg & Linden Oaks Clubhouses (5 Locations):

Days:

Mondays & Wednesdays Hours:

Flexible start time (5:00 PM or later)

Scope:

Floor care (vacuuming, mopping), trash removal, common area sanitization, and seasonal locker room care. (6 months on, 6 months off) Commercial Equipment and Cleaning Chemicals to mop floors and sanitize surfaces required. (Use of chemicals already in the facilities must be used up first and will buy you time) Fayetteville Restaurant (1 Location):

Days:

5 days per week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, & Wednesday) Access Windows (Entry & Exit Timeframes): Weekdays (Mon & Wed): 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM window Weekends (Fri, Sat, & Sun): 1:00 AM - 5:00 AM window

Flexibility:

These access timeframes are facility entry/exit windows—a fast, equipped team can complete the work efficiently in less time.

Scope:

Restaurant dining floor care, kitchen floor cleaning, and common area maintenance.

Contractor Requirements:

Structure:

Must operate as an independent 1099 Sub-Contractor with a valid W-9.

Insurance:

Active General Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance is required prior to the August 28, 2026 start date.

Background Check:

All team members must pass a standard criminal background check for government contract access and Fort Bragg base passes.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning or janitorial experience.

Schedule Summary:

Mondays & Wednesdays:

Fort Bragg/Linden Oaks (Evening) + Restaurant (Overnight 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM window)

Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays:

Restaurant only (Overnight 1:00 AM - 5:00 AM window)
