What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
- Minimum of 1 year window cleaning experience required.
DOES NOT PROVIDE HEALTH INSURANCE!
The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, customer focused, trustworthy, takes pride in their work, while delivering outstanding results.- Must be able to carry 50lbs.
- Must not be scared of heights
- Must be able to get on roofs for gutter cleaning etc.
- Must be fast paced
- Must not have any face tattoos or offensive tattoos
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be able to follow directions
- Have great attention to detail
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Arrive on time for work, prepared for the day
- Ability to stay on task to complete job in scheduled timeframe.
- Care for equipment properly.
- Professional appearance
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
