Packout Technician / Contents CleanerAbout Us We are a growing Contents Restoration company that helps homeowners recover after fire, water, mold, wind, and other property losses. When disaster strikes, we carefully inventory, pack, clean, and store our customers' personal belongings while their home is being restored. Once the restoration work is complete, we return those belongings to the home with the same care and attention used throughout the process. Our goal is to provide exceptional service during a difficult time and treat our customers' contents as if they were our own. Position Summary The Packout Technician / Contents Cleaner is responsible for documenting, packing, cleaning, transporting, and storing customer contents affected by damage. This position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle customers' belongings with care and respect. Responsibilities Pack, wrap, and protect customer contents following company standards and procedures Photograph and inventory items using ContentsTrack software Accurately label boxes and containers for proper tracking and organization Clean and restore contents using approved cleaning methods and equipment Load, unload, and transport contents safely between homes, warehouses, and storage facilities Organize and maintain storage vaults and warehouse areas Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Follow company policies and safety procedures Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers Complete assigned tasks as directed by the Project Manager Qualifications Ability to lift and carry 25-30 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and dependable Friendly and respectful customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous moving, warehouse, cleaning, restoration, or contents handling experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and take pride in their work.
