Execute custodial tasks for both commercial and residential spaces, ensuring all areas are hygienic and well-maintained. Support facilities maintenance activities by identifying minor repairs or maintenance needs and reporting them promptly. Assist with industrial cleaning projects that require specialized equipment or techniques for large-scale or heavy-duty cleaning. Maintain safety protocols during all cleaning operations to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others. Keep detailed records of completed tasks, supplies used, and any issues encountered during shifts to support operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred; however, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing is highly desirable. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and industrial cleaning procedures is a plus. Experience with facilities maintenance or porter roles demonstrates versatility in handling various site needs. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively; certifications in floor care or custodial maintenance are advantageous.
