The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Clean windows, glass, mirrors, and other surfaces Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance issues Follow safety procedures and company cleaning standards Identify and report facility repairs or safety hazards Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to schedule Qualifications Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus Benefits Training provided Supportive work environment
