The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving. As a Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning houses, concrete, pavers, driveways, walkways, porches, decks, and windows while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must have a clean driving record. Duties Clean the exterior of homes, patios, concrete, and windows using house wash and additional chemicals as needed while paying attention to detail and the requests of customers. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functionality. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery or systems, identifying root causes of problems. Document all service activities and requests in company records. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve processes and resolve complex issues. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance skill sets. Skills Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with customers and team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to equipment operation.
