Morning and Afternoon Shifts Available Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Inc. is hiring Warehouse Cleaners / Waste Operatives to work at a large warehouse facility in Hayesville, North Carolina . This is a long-term opportunity with consistent scheduled hours, full training provided and the potential to become permanent following a successful probationary period. We have multiple shift patterns available and are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join the team.

Job Responsibilities As a Warehouse Cleaner, your duties will include: General warehouse cleaning and sanitation Cleaning restrooms, offices, breakrooms and communal areas Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming warehouse floors Waste removal, recycling and changing bins Breaking down cardboard and disposing of packaging Maintaining cleanliness around warehouse equipment and workstations Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely Responding to cleaning requests as required Following all workplace health and safety procedures Requirements Reliable, punctual and hardworking Comfortable working in a large warehouse environment Able to stand and walk for extended periods Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous warehouse or cleaning experience preferred but not essential Must have safety-toe or composite-toe work boots Reliable transportation to and from the facility Must be legally authorised to work in the United States Must complete required pre-employment screening What We Offer Weekly pay Full training provided Multiple shift options Consistent scheduled hours Long-term employment opportunities Potential to become a permanent employee Support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your most up-to-date resume.
