Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facility. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, break room, floors, and other work areas, emptying trash, and keeping the facility neat and sanitary. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Heavy lifting, standing/walking on concrete floors 8 hours per day. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all facility areas. Handle cleaning chemicals safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and using appropriate protective equipment. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and vacuum cleaners to maintain floors and surfaces in pristine condition. Conduct sanitation of restrooms, breakroom, and common areas to ensure compliance with health standards. Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting or manual handling activities to prevent injuries and ensure safe lifting practices. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within commercial or industrial settings. Knowledge of custodial procedures including chemical agent handling and sanitation standards. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial vacuums effectively. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary. Capable of heavy lifting and performing physical tasks requiring stamina while following safe lifting practices.

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
