Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with an emphasis on both commercial and industrial cleaning standards. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Assist with porter duties to support facility operations and ensure all areas are tidy. Carry out custodial tasks in accordance with established safety protocols and procedures. Handle minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep. Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies to maintain a clean environment. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Requirements Cleaning Experience in custodial or janitorial work.
