Rate of Pay CCCCI uses a two‑week training and evaluation period to ensure new hires are a good fit for our standards and pace of work. Training Period (first 2 weeks): $12/hr Full Hire Rate (after successful training): $15/hr If performance during training does not meet expectations, employment may end during the training window. If performance is strong, you are fully hired at the $15/hr rate. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will: Perform structured Rough Cleans and Final Cleans Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas of the building Remove trash and debris and maintain a safe work environment Clean doors, hardware, window ledges, and furniture Follow top‑to‑bottom cleaning procedures for uniform results Work safely around active construction sites and military facilities Support the team in delivering consistent, high‑quality finishes Requirements Must speak/read/write in English. Partial is acceptable Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures Must have reliable transportation Strong work ethic Able to work in active construction environments Willingness to learn CCCCI's cleaning standards Base access is a plus and may allow faster onboarding Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks involving sweeping, bending, lifting, reaching and long periods of standing Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and extraction machines is a plus. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when needed. Prior experience with environmental services standards is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
