Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Commercial Cleaner to join our team.

PROFESSIONAL, EXPERIENCED

(with an eye for detail), high end commercial cleaner wanted for medical facility. Looking for part time weeknight help. 2 to 3 hours, 2-3 nights a week. Other work available for this person if desired. Need to be reliable, physically fit and able to work professionally. $15+ PH. Pay to go with experience and professionalism. Must be 21 years or older, and have 2 years or more of commercial cleaning experience.

Must have valid NCDL and own transportation. (Having someone driving you is NOT own transportation!) Work to start in November. Thank you. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Perform tasks in a professional workmanlike manner, follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals equipment and supplies is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team setting.
