Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded. Use various cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas as needed. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for clients. Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of all cleaning tools and supplies, ensuring proper storage and inventory management. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles; hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and outdoor work environments. Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during various cleaning activities. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations.
