As a Deep Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining pristine environments by executing thorough cleaning procedures, managing various cleaning tasks, and providing exceptional service to clients. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities will help create safe, hygienic, and welcoming spaces for our customers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded. Manage floor cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, polishing, and applying floor care treatments to maintain a spotless appearance. Use janitorial tools and cleaning equipment effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supply usage, and safety compliance; communicate effectively with clients regarding specific cleaning needs or concerns. Requirements Proven experience in residential or janitorial cleaning roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards. Knowledge of various cleaning surfaces, including carpets, floors, tiles, countertops, and outdoor areas. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and scrubbers. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy objects or moving furniture when needed. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their cleaning needs. Previous outdoor work experience is a plus; flexibility to work in different environments is essential. A proactive attitude towards housekeeping management with attention to detail in dusting, surface sanitation, and overall cleanliness standards.
