This position is for someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative, accepts responsibility, and can be counted on to show up every day ready to perform at a high level. Our technicians work throughout Kernersville and surrounding areas providing professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Services include window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, screen cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services . As a Lead Technician, you will be expected to set the standard for the crew. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of each job, work efficiently, communicate professionally with customers, and consistently deliver excellent results. Responsibilities Perform professional residential and commercial window cleaning Perform pressure washing and other exterior surface cleaning Clean gutters, screens, tracks, and related exterior areas Lead and assist other technicians throughout the workday Review job details and ensure all assigned work is completed correctly Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled workday Take initiative without needing constant supervision Maintain and properly use company vehicles, tools, ladders, and equipment Follow company safety procedures and job-site standards Identify problems and communicate them to management Help keep jobs organized, efficient, and on schedule Take responsibility for the quality of the work completed by the crew Represent Crystal Clear professionally at every customer property What We Expect Reliability is extremely important in this position.
