We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, shows initiative, leads by example, and can be counted on to show up consistently and perform at a high level. Responsibilities Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and related exterior services Lead and assist other technicians Communicate professionally with customers Maintain high standards for quality and safety Properly care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment Take initiative and keep jobs moving efficiently What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and at heights Physically capable of active, hands-on work Responsible, professional, and self-motivated Willing to learn and take ownership of the job Experience in exterior cleaning or other hands-on trades is preferred, but the right attitude and work ethic are most important.

Important:

Seasonal Work Exterior cleaning is seasonal. Spring, summer, and fall are our busiest months. Hours may decrease significantly during the winter depending on weather and customer demand.
