Janitorial Worker

Monday-Friday (alternate weekends) 1st- 6:00am-2:30pm 2nd- 2:00pm-10:30pm Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitorial Worker to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting surfaces regularly Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs or minor repairs when needed Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others Use commercial cleaning equipment efficiently and maintain it in good working condition Support industrial or specialized cleaning projects as required, including deep cleans or high-traffic area upkeep Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, buffing, and facilities maintenance procedures Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and industrial vacuums safely and effectively Experience with industrial cleaning or specialized services like residential painting is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if necessary Join us in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments! Pay:
