Independent Cleaning Contractor / Subcontractor We are looking for dependable independent cleaning contractors to assist with residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, construction cleanup, and other cleaning projects as assignments become available. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and is not a W-2 employee position. Contractors may be offered individual cleaning assignments based on available work, location, project requirements, and contractor availability. Types of Cleaning Assignments May Include Residential cleaning Commercial cleaning Move-in/move-out cleaning Deep cleaning Construction and post-construction cleanup Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Kitchen and bathroom cleaning Surface cleaning and sanitizing Trash and debris removal Other cleaning services included in the scope of each project What We Are Looking For We are looking for contractors who are: Dependable and professional Detail-oriented Able to work independently and with others when needed Able to communicate clearly Able to perform physical cleaning work, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement Able to complete accepted assignments within the agreed timeframe Respectful of customer homes, businesses, and property Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but dependable applicants who are willing to learn may also be considered. Transportation Reliable personal transportation is preferred but not required. A company vehicle may be available for certain cleaning assignments. Contractors who operate a company vehicle must have a valid driver's license and meet applicable driving and insurance requirements. Contractors using their own vehicles must be able to reliably travel to accepted job locations. Independent Contractor Relationship This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are not guaranteed a specific number of hours or assignments. Available projects are offered based on business needs, contractor availability, location, and project requirements. Contractors may accept or decline available assignments. Compensation and the scope of work will be communicated before an assignment is accepted. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes and are not eligible for employee benefits.
