Duties Perform window cleaning on commercial and residential buildings using professional tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results Utilize equipment such as scissor lifts, ladders, and scaffolding to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely Conduct exterior cleaning tasks including pressure washing, gutter clearing, and facade maintenance to enhance building appearance Follow safety protocols diligently when operating machinery or working at heights to prevent accidents Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring equipment is stored properly after each job Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and clarify job requirements Complete detailed reports on completed work, safety checks, and any issues encountered during service Experience Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly desirable but not required Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Physically capable of manual labor Valid driver's license required Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of quality in all tasks performed. Pay:

$150.00 - $180.00 per day
