We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to service three Head Start school locations each evening. Interviews are currently being scheduled. Route Locations The selected candidate will clean all three locations each evening:

Lincoln Park Head Start:

140 Industrial Park Rd., Lincolnton, NC 28092

Deaton Head Start:

101 Deaton Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092

Cherryville Head Start:

203 N. Elm Street, Cherryville, NC 28052 Lincoln Park and Deaton are approximately 5 minutes apart. Cherryville is approximately 20 minutes from the Lincolnton locations. Schedule Monday

• Friday After 5:00 PM Approximately 4.5-5 hours per evening Approximately 22.5-25 hours per week Estimated cleaning times: Cherryville Head Start
• Approximately 1 hour Deaton Head Start
• Approximately 1.5 hours Lincoln Park Head Start
• Approximately 2-2.

5 hours Compensation $14.00 per hour Consistent part-time schedule Opportunities for additional hours and advancement based on performance Responsibilities Clean classrooms, offices, hallways, entrances, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas Clean and sanitize restrooms Empty trash and replace liners Clean glass, doors, windows, and entryways Dust furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces Clean break rooms and staff areas Restock restroom supplies Spot clean walls and doors Maintain janitorial closets, cleaning equipment, and supplies Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment Follow OSHA, client, and GreenGuard safety procedures Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly Complete all assigned work according to GreenGuard quality standards Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, or housekeeping experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Dependable with excellent attendance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and stand for extended periods Must be authorized to work in the United States Requirements Clean criminal background check required Reliable transportation is required (travel between all three locations is part of this position). Valid driver's license required Professional appearance and positive attitude Availability to work Monday through Friday after 5:00 PM Why Join GreenGuard?
