Job Overview Window Washing Pros is looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Lead Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for leading and completing residential and commercial window cleaning and exterior cleaning projects while delivering an exceptional experience to every customer. You will serve as the lead on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards. Responsibilities Lead and perform residential and commercial window cleaning services, including interior and exterior windows Clean windows, screens, frames, sills, and tracks while delivering high-quality, streak-free results Perform additional exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and other services as trained Safely operate ladders, water-fed pole systems, extension equipment, and other cleaning equipment Follow all company safety procedures, especially when working at heights or operating elevated equipment such as ladders and scissor lifts Lead job sites independently and ensure services are completed efficiently and according to company standards Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after each service Identify and communicate any issues, concerns, or additional service opportunities to customers and management Perform quality-control inspections before leaving each job site Maintain and properly care for company vehicles, tools, equipment, and supplies Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the service Complete job notes, service reports, and other required documentation Help train and mentor newer technicians as the team grows Represent Window Washing Pros professionally in the community Uphold our commitment to excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, exterior cleaning, construction, landscaping, or a similar field is preferred Previous leadership or crew-lead experience is a plus Window cleaning experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Ability to safely lift and carry equipment and materials Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and make good decisions in the field Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
