Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have prior custodial or janitorial experience, a strong understanding of cleaning protocols, and the ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across all designated areas Operate various cleaning equipment such as , vacuums, and scrubbers to maintain floors and surfaces Handle chemical agents safely following established safety protocols for sanitation and cleaning procedures Conduct deep cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure compliance with health standards Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment Follow safety procedures during all custodial activities to prevent accidents or injuries Skills Proven experience in commercial or custodial cleaning environments with knowledge of janitorial best practices Familiarity with chemical handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning agents Strong manual handling skills including heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices Excellent attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness standards Good organizational skills for managing supplies and maintaining a clean workspace Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic customer service skills for interacting professionally with staff or visitors when necessary Knowledge of safety protocols related to facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning operations Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
