What You'll Do Clean interior and exterior windows on residential homes and commercial properties Operate water-fed pole systems, squeegees, and extension ladders safely and effectively Apply screen cleaning, track cleaning, and hard water stain removal as needed Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after each job Load and unload equipment, maintain tools, and keep the company vehicle clean and organized Follow all safety protocols, especially when working at heights Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards completion, collect payment, and document any property concerns What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to work at heights and on ladders (required) Strong attention to detail — you take pride in a streak-free finish Customer-friendly attitude — you'll be the face of the company on every job Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/move for extended periods Prior window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is a plus, but we will train the right person What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $18-$26/hr depending on experience Tips on top of base pay (our customers tip well) Performance bonuses for high-quality reviews and upsells Flexible scheduling — full-time and part-time routes available Paid training — no experience necessary to start Opportunity to grow into a lead technician or crew lead role Small team environment where your work actually matters Schedule Monday through Friday (Saturday availability a plus) Shifts typically run 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Some flexibility available based on route load Requirements Must be 18+ years old Valid driver's license with clean record Able to pass a background check Smartphone required for job scheduling app and customer communication Must have reliable transportation to the start location How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send a brief message telling us about yourself — no resume required to get started.
