Service Areas Salisbury, Lexington, Lewisville, Kernersville, Summerfield, and High Point Duties Deliver High-Quality Service:

Perform professional low-moisture carpet, upholstery, tile/grout, and hardwood cleaning using Oxi Fresh equipment and proprietary systems.

Provide Great Customer Experiences:

Walk clients through the job before and after cleaning to ensure 100% satisfaction and build lasting working relationships.

Maximize Earning Potential:

Educate customers on additional services (protectants, spot treatments, upholstery cleaning) to earn instant commissions on top of your hourly pay.

Document Completed Jobs:

Accurately record service details and payments using our easy digital field software.

Manage Equipment & Inventory:

Maintain company vehicles and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean, organized, and job-ready Experience 1+ years in field service, residential/commercial carpet cleaning, floor care, auto detailing, or home services preferred (willing to train candidates with strong work ethic and customer service skills). Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with carpet cleaning machines, floor buffing equipment, and other cleaning tools is advantageous. Knowledge of floor scrubbing, floor refinishing, and the safe handling of chemical agents is essential. Requirements Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Authorized to work in the U.S. Must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet throughout the day.

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
