Competitive hourly pay based on experience + opportunities for overtime Job Summary Extreme Clean of the Upstate is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our construction cleaning team. This position involves cleaning commercial construction sites throughout various phases of construction, including rough clean, final clean, and touch-up cleaning before client turnover. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, able to work independently and as part of a team, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Previous construction cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Perform rough, final, and touch-up cleaning on commercial construction projects Remove construction dust, dirt, debris, and trash Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all interior surfaces Clean windows, glass, mirrors, and storefront glass Clean and sanitize restrooms Clean break rooms, kitchens, and common areas Wipe down walls, doors, trim, baseboards, cabinets, and shelving Detail clean fixtures, light switches, outlets, and vents Remove stickers, labels, tape, paint overspray, caulk, and construction residue Clean floors including concrete, tile, vinyl, hardwood, and carpet as required Operate commercial vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other cleaning equipment Safely use cleaning chemicals according to company procedures Report damaged materials or safety hazards to supervisors Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist teammates as needed to complete projects on schedule Qualifications Construction cleaning experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and dependable attendance Ability to pass a background check (if required) Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Skills Experience on commercial construction sites Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision Strong teamwork and communication skills What We Offer Competitive pay Monthly Pay Schedule Overtime opportunities Paid on-the-job training Opportunity for advancement into crew lead and supervisor positions Supportive team environment Schedule Monday through Friday Day shift Overtime available as needed
