We are looking for someone to join our team! We handle mostly vacation rentals and some commercial. Training pay starts at $15/hr and raises are given as you get the hang of things up to $20/hr within 6 months.

Main Responsibilities:

Keep commercial buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform fast turnovers for vacation rentals Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment ​

Main Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is helpful, but not required Must be trustworthy as we work around other people's personal belongings and sensitive information in commercial settings Ability to handle physical workload It would be helpful to be a quick learner as some jobs can be very fast paced Ability to work with time constraints Ability to work alone with little direction after you are trained Strong attention to detail including the needs of individual clients Strong organizational skills Reliability is important as we have jobs that must be finished in a certain timeframe and cannot be rescheduled Reliable transportation as you will be going to jobs alone Ability to work well with a team or independently
