What we offer:

✨ $18-$20 per hour, based on experience ✨ $21-$25 per hour for qualified lead cleaners ✨ Paid hands-on training ✨ Flexible part-time hours ✨ Opportunities to grow with our company ✨ A friendly, supportive team environment We're looking for someone who: Is reliable, positive, and ready to work Has strong attention to detail Communicates clearly and promptly Has dependable transportation and a valid driver's license Is available during daytime turnover hours and some weekends Can work independently while also being a great teammate Vacation-rental, residential, or hospitality cleaning experience is wonderful, but we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic! Our team cares for vacation rentals, coastal homes, and hospitality properties throughout the Cape Fear Coast. Responsibilities may include detailed cleaning, making beds, creating a beautiful guest-ready presentation, completing property checklists, and reporting any maintenance or supply concerns.
