Job Summary Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Team Member and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment. This energetic position involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks across commercial, residential, and vacation rental settings. Your enthusiasm, strong work ethic and attention to detail will ensure each of our locations are pristine and well-maintained, creating a positive experience for everyone who enters. Whether you're experienced in janitorial work or eager to develop your skills in property cleaning maintenance, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a clean and healthy space every day. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques such as conditioning and floor care procedures Maintain cleanliness of commercial and residential spaces by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, trash removal, and sanitizing high-touch areas Conduct custodial tasks occasionally including window washing, upholstery cleaning , and light maintenance to uphold facility standards Assist with deep cleans of rental and residential properties to include high ceilings, low baseboards, window frames & sliding glass door tracks Support other team members by playing a vital team role to assist in rental turn overs in a timely and professional matter Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a safe work environment Document completed tasks through use of a smart phone/apps and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Skills Proven experience and/or a willingness to learn in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with knowledge of commercial or residential practices or a willingness to learn and follow direction Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, extractors, and other custodial tools effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly and in a timely manner Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that make a difference every day!
