Requirements Proven experience as a cleaning technician or in a similar role within residential settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety protocols. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict schedules. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met consistently. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy objects throughout shifts. Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends as needed.
