Overview Pine State Pro Wash is seeking an experienced customer-service oriented individual for our power washing position. Pine State is positioning itself as Raleigh's friendliest and most professional power washing company. We accommodate the customer's needs. We greet them with a smile. And we are happy to serve them! So, we are looking for someone who can contribute to this standard. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day tasks working independently or with a team. Detail and clean houses, driveways, patios, windows, gutters, roofs, and more. Various commercial washing needs. Perform repairs on faulty equipment as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. We will train you on repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. Deal with customers face-to-face, politely and professionally assessing their needs and desires, and then delivering on that. Handle occasional off-schedule hours for commercial cleaning (occasional out of town work, occasional overnight work, etc). Requirements Friendly! Able to get to and from work (you'll drive to Wendell shop and then ride out in company trucks). Please have reliable trasnsportation. Customer-satisfaction focused mentality. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Able to work independently, as well as part of a team. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional demeanor, appearance, and hygiene. We will check your criminal background, so please be forthright and honest when asked.

We adhere fairly strictly to the 4-day work week, allowing for a greater separation of personal and work life. You'll enjoy the 3-day weekends and will be able to bring more energy to work on Monday morning. Fridays are reserved as a make-up date (for times we may get rained out on a normal M-Th work day). There will be occasional overnight work + occasional weekend work as the commercial jobs generally require service while the businesses are closed. Sometimes it's all-hands-on-deck, other times we are able to rotate. So you should not expect frequent overnights or weekends, but we do ask for some schedule flexibility.

COMPENSATION
