Conduct custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, mopping, sweeping, polishing, and disinfecting to uphold cleanliness standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client or occupant concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning practices. Ability to lift and operate all equipment, including vacuum cleaners, steam mops, steam cleaners etc. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
