As an essential part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for transforming each property into a pristine oasis that exceeds guest expectations. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to cleanliness will directly contribute to positive guest experiences and repeat bookings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your efforts make a real difference in creating memorable stays. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas when applicable Perform detailed floor cleaning, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate floor care techniques Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures following health standards to ensure safety and hygiene for every guest Manage laundry tasks efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Use cleaning equipment and detergents properly to maintain high standards of cleanliness while ensuring safety protocols are followed Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and appliances to eliminate dirt and allergens Handle heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely during deep cleans or maintenance tasks Communicate effectively with clients regarding specific cleaning requests or feedback to enhance service quality Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order for daily operations Adhere to time management schedules to complete cleaning tasks promptly between guest check-outs and check-ins Skills Proven experience in residential or hospitality cleaning with janitorial or custodial background preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or property managers Skilled in outdoor work environments when required for property maintenance or outdoor cleaning tasks Experience with cleaning detergents and chemicals, understanding proper usage and safety precautions Effective manual handling skills for heavy lifting tasks involved in deep cleans or moving furniture Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within tight schedules Knowledge of housekeeper management practices for maintaining multiple properties seamlessly Join us as an Airbnb Cleaner and be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and outstanding service!
