Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

We are a commercial cleaning company in the New Hanover and Brunswick county areas looking for a motivated cleaner to join our team. If you are trustworthy and reliable, have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude you'll love Nice and Neat. We are currently hiring in the Wilmington area for approximately 10 hours per week at different office locations Tues/Wed evenings and flexible hours during the weekend. It is a great position for someone with a full time job looking for extra money and flexibility. Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies and techniques Ability to follow directions and communicate questions Responsibilities Clean and stock designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Notify management of needs for repairs Follow all health and safety regulations
