Pines Pro Wash is a family-owned pressure washing business in the Wilmington area. We're growing and looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team. Experience is not required—we provide training. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in doing quality work.
Responsibilities:
Clean homes, driveways, roofs, and commercial properties Operate pressure washing and soft wash equipment (training provided) Drive a truck and trailer to job sites Maintain equipment and keep truck/trailer organized Ensure jobs are completed to a high standard and customers are satisfied
Requirements:
Experience driving and backing a trailer Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Availability for evenings and weekends as needed Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying conditions Ability to lift and handle equipment Preferred (not required): Mechanical or hands-on experience (comfortable fixing small issues)
Compensation:
$20 per hour Performance bonuses (most team members earn $23+/hour total) If you hustle and take pride in your work, you'll earn more here.
