About the Role Maid Easy is a small, growing cleaning company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our team. Our work includes residential maintenance cleaning as well as move-out, turnover, and vacant-unit cleaning , so no two days are necessarily the same. We're a small team that relies on each other, so showing up on time and ready to work is essential. What You'll Do Clean residential homes on a recurring maintenance schedule Clean vacant apartments, homes, and move-out/turnover units Perform deep-cleaning tasks in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, and perform detailed cleaning as needed Work with a small team traveling from our office to job sites (transportation typically provided) Follow cleaning checklists and company standards Work efficiently and independently while maintaining quality standards Communicate with the team about job needs, supplies, or concerns What We Offer Starting pay at $16/hr (DOE) Paid, on-the-job training Morning/early afternoon hours, Monday-Thursday, generally around 8 AM-3 PM depending on workload Some weekend work as needed No regular evening or night shifts Biweekly pay Small, supportive team environment Opportunity for increased hours and responsibility as the company grows Requirements Must be 18+ Must pass a background check Reliable transportation to our office Strong work ethic and positive attitude Availability Monday-Thursday during morning and early afternoon hours Ability to occasionally work weekends as needed Consistent attendance and reliability—we depend on every team member to follow through on scheduled shifts Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements This is an active job.

Pay:
