Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of hard surfaces. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces. Carry out commercial cleaning duties in offices, retail spaces, or other business environments. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all occupants. Be able to navigate apps and complete digital work orders. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is beneficial.
