Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services, has excellent time management skills, and provides outstanding customer service. This position offers commission-based pay with the opportunity to earn additional income through customer tips. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and organizing. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces. Follow company cleaning standards and procedures. Safely use cleaning products and equipment. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Report any maintenance concerns or property damage. Ensure client satisfaction by providing thorough and efficient service. Requirements Previous house cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with other cleaners. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Excellent customer service skills. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for transportation to job locations. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
