A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks on interior of semi trucks such as sweeping, vacuuming, use of wiping rags, etc. to have trucks clean and ready for new arriving drivers or existing drivers swapping into different trucks.
- Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs in trucks
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors inside trucks
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines with use of necessary Personal Protective Equipment
- Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs
- Assist with any other tasks required by immediate supervisor
Skills:
- Customer service: Ability to interact with drivers in a friendly and professional manner
Detail-oriented:
Ability to pay attention to small details and ensure thorough cleaningCustodial:
Familiarity with custodial duties and cleaning techniques
Cleaning:
