We're hiring our first Cleaners to help us build the kind of workplace we would actually want to work in. This is a new business built around sustainability and balance. It can be repetitive, messy, and demanding. Most days will involve bathrooms, pet hair, sticky floors, awkward spaces, and jobs that simply take effort. The work can be demanding. If you've ever thought, "I know what would make this job better," this is a chance to help build it. How We Work We focus exclusively on recurring residential cleaning. Our clients are on regular cleaning schedules, which allows us to build familiarity, consistency, and clear expectations from visit to visit. Every home has a clear cleaning plan. Each visit includes routine maintenance cleaning plus focused deep-cleaning work on rotation. This lets us work through the deeper details of a home over time while keeping each visit organized and manageable. Give cleaners enough time, the right tools, and clear expectations to do work they can be proud of. What Your Day May Include

• Cleaning recurring residential homes throughout Fargo, West Fargo, and surrounding North Dakota communities
• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Vacuuming and mopping
• Cleaning bedrooms and living spaces
• Removing pet hair
• Cleaning baseboards, trim, fixtures, and other detail areas
• Rotational deep-cleaning tasks such as cabinet interiors, refrigerators, ovens, and other areas included in the client's cleaning plan
• Following detailed checklists and company cleaning procedures
• Working independently on smaller homes and with another cleaner on larger homes
• Communicating professionally with clients and the Common Ground team What We Provide
