What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Hemingford Public Schools is now accepting applications for an evening/night custodial position. We are accepting applications for either part-time, full-time, evening, activities, or substitute custodian roles. This position is vital to providing a high-quality and safe learning environment for students. Hemingford Public Schools is an excellent class C2 school district in scenic Western Nebraska.
